PASSENGER RIGHTS

Passenger rights and service quality are the key issue for meeting customers needs and expectations. Basic information on air passenger rights are regularly published by the European Transport Commission and, in Italy, also by (Passenger Rights Charter) ENAC-Italian CAA.

In Italy a freephone (800-898121) by ENAC-Italian CAA, is active Mondays to Fridays, from 08.00 to 20.00 for assisting air passengers on a series of issues like passenger rights, PRM information, strikes, airline safety, etc.

AIRLINE SAFETY

All airlines operating at EU airports undrego extremely strict safety rules that are periodically verified and checked by national and international authorities. The EU regularly updates the so-called “black-list” of those airlines that, not complying with the international safety standards, are not allowed to operate inside the EU. The most updated black-list is published by the European Transport Commission and by ENAC – Italian CAA (information in Italian only).
