LOST & FOUND

In case your checked baggage has not arrived with your fligth, immediately seek assistance at the Lost and Found counter, inside the Arrivals hall, handing in your bag receipt sticker together with your air ticket.

The airport handling staff will enter your data into the automatic worldwide baggage track and trace systems.

While once the baggage has been found, you will receive notice via SMS on your mobile phopne, if your airline is a World Tracer member, you will also be able to check progress and the real-time status of your luggage search via internet.
