In case you discover that your luggage has been damaged duirng your trip, immediately report to the Lost and Found counter, inside the Arrivals hall, to fill in a damage report form with the assistance of the airport handling staff.

The Passenger Rights Charter states that EU airlines have to refund passengers whose checked luggage has been damaged, destroyed or lost: refunds have to be requested within 7 (damaged bag) or 21 days (mishandled bag) from the date of bag delivery.
