Agencies or incentive companies organising conferences, events and meetings can rent a hospitality desk to wlcome their delegates and guests in the arrivals hall.

For information and bookings – advance bookings are recommended - contact the Commercial Department writing to promo@aeroporto.fvg.it.

The cost of the service is Euro 100 + VAT per day.

Tour operators or travel agencies wishing to welcome their groups can rent a hospitality desk in the departures hall.
